No vacation home is more appropriately named than Serene Beach Cottage. This peaceful cottage creates feelings of relaxation, from its location just 1 1/2 blocks to the beautiful Delaware Bay beach, to its bright, airy living spaces.

 

The private, fully fenced backyard has a large deck and seating area with a large umbrella and bistro lights. There is an outdoor dining set, two fire pits, a stainless-steel grill, and an old-fashioned brick pizza oven! The outdoor shed houses custom corn hole boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, a wagon, beach games, and floaties. The outdoor shower has hot water and a foot wash to rinse off after a day at the beach. 

 

A new central air conditioning and heating system, including a UV filter that kills viruses and bacteria, gives you comfort and peace of mind. The primary bedroom has a new king-sized Casper mattress and each bedroom has a closet organizer to make unpacking easier.
