Highland Beach

Beach access is down the street from both of our beach cottages. No tags required.

 

Downtown Cape May Beaches

There are many beaches along the Cape May shoreline. Beach tags are provided.

 

Sunset Beach

Popular sunset spot with views of the USS Atlantis shipwreck.  Search for Cape May diamonds along the shore. No tags required.

Cox Hall Creek Trail

Hollywood and 4th Avenues, Villas (plus two other entrances)

Former golf course, now a wildlife and wetland preserve, with about four miles of paved trails for walking and biking, and a lake for fishing. 

 

South Cape Meadows

692 Sunset Boulevard, Cape May

200-acre coastal birdwatching sanctuary with trails through beaches, wetlands, and dunes. 

 

Beach Plum Farm

140 Stevens Street, West Cape May

Walk the trails through the farm, feed the chickens, see the pigs, visit the farmer’s market for local favorites, and enjoy a casual brunch in the garden.

 

Cape May Zoo

707 North Route 9, Cape May Court House

The largest zoo in New Jersey. Free, year-round admission to see more than 550 animals and 250 species in 85 acres of exhibits. 

 

Riptide Paddles and Pedals

703 Seashore Road, Cape May

Bicycle and paddleboard rentals with delivery to the beach cottages available. Feel free to store them in the shed during your stay.

Willow Creek Winery (next to Beach Plum Farm)

Stunning 50-acre winery and farm. Outdoor dining with a full farm-to-table grill menu, and Fire Pit Friday with live music.
